Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
Items that show signs of misuse, damage caused by the customer, or normal wear and tear may not qualify for a refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after processing.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return process.

Worldwide Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your location and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
